Project Manager
Job Description
Manage PEMB projects from preconstruction through final completion. Coordinate with building manufacturers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. Review PEMB shop drawings, design documents, and procurement schedules. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration. Utilize PEMB software and related construction technology to support project execution. Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and profitability goals.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor. Experience managing Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects. Familiarity with PEMB manufacturers such as Butler, Nucor, Varco Pruden, Ceco, or American Buildings. Experience utilizing PEMB design, estimating, or detailing software. Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract management. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
