Job Description

Responsibilities:

Acquiring new customers at an enterprise level
Generating a pipeline of new opportunities
Work closely with product and marketing teams to craft effective positioning and collaborate on strategic initiatives to scale in the U.S. market

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience within enterprise HCM solutions
Proven ability to understand client pain points and proposing solutions
Strong understanding of HR processes & policies, HCM and SaaS
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
