Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Superintendent are:

Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects.
Lead project execution to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
Maintain project schedules and support timely project delivery.
Collaborate closely with project teams, leadership, and clients throughout construction.
Monitor site activities and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with plans, specifications, and company expectations.
Support successful completion of projects across a variety of commercial sectors.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Superintendent will have the following:

5+ years of experience successfully running construction projects as a Superintendent.
Experience managing commercial construction projects.
Ability to oversee multiple trades and coordinate site operations effectively.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to maintain schedules, quality, and project performance.
Must be able to work on projects located throughout the Raleigh, Triad, and surrounding markets.
