Commercial Construction Site Manager

Lead all on-site construction activities from site preparation through project completion.
Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and project safety programs.
Coordinate daily field operations and maintain project progress against milestones.
Conduct subcontractor meetings and enforce project standards.
Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with local codes, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget expectations.

The successful applicant:
Has 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing ground-up commercial or retail construction projects.
Is able and willing to travel nationwide, supporting projects from the East Coast to the West Coast.
Has a strong background in ground-up construction from sitework through turnover.
Has concrete construction experience highly preferred.
Has experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing complex schedules.
Has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Is proficient with construction management software and project reporting tools.
Has OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety excellence.
