Job Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages.
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Perform quantity takeoffs and production analyses.
Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
Develop budgets, schedules, and bid strategies.
Identify risks, assumptions, and value engineering opportunities.
Collaborate closely with project managers and operations teams.
Support preconstruction activities and client interactions.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
Background in earthwork, utilities, roadway, infrastructure, or site development projects.
Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
