Project Manager
Family owned GC, based in Halifax MA, is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team! Primarily focused on wastewater/pumpstation work, but are moving into the commercial sector. They offer a wide range of services, including: site work, commercial and residential construction, and project management. Very reputable & established, in business since 1949.
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Managing preconstruction planning to project close-out for 2-3 projects at a time
- Developing schedules, budgets, and schedules of values
- Mentoring Assistant Project Managers & Office Engineers
- Negotiating with subs and vendors

The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience leading wastewater projects or site work/ parks/fields background
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Other valuable experience: Site/Infrastructure, Ground up Public, Ground up Commercial, $20M+ projects
- Commutable to Halifax MA
The Project Manager will receive:
- Competitive base salary up to $150K for PMs / up to $180k for Senior PMs
