Project Manager
Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Own budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, and change orders. Coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams. Conduct regular site visits throughout the Jacksonville market. Drive project quality, financial performance, and delivery.

Commercial GC project management experience. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract-management skills. Financial-services or healthcare experience preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple project stakeholders. Comfortable balancing office responsibilities with site visits.
Annual salary from $110,000 to $130,000. 20% year-end bonus. Truck allowance. Health insurance. 401k.
