Job Description
Lead field operations for assigned construction phase (framing, rough-in, or finishes). Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite construction activities. Drive schedule adherence, quality control, and site safety performance. Partner with project management teams to proactively resolve project challenges. Support procurement and material coordination to maintain project schedules. Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements. Participate in planning meetings and contribute to successful project delivery. Maintain strong communication with ownership representatives, consultants, and project stakeholders.
