Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings to address progress and resolve issues.
- Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet goals.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
