Big Box Retail Construction Superintendent
Our client is hiring in the Property industry in West Palm Beach.
Oversee daily on-site construction activities for big box retail projects.
Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to maintain project schedules.
Review project plans and specifications to guide field work.
Track construction progress and communicate site updates to project stakeholders.
Monitor completed work for alignment with project requirements.
Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to keep work moving.
Address on-site issues promptly and communicate needed next steps.
Maintain clear project records, including daily site activity and progress updates.

A successful Big Box Retail Construction Superintendent should have:
Experience overseeing on-site construction activities.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams.
Ability to read and apply construction plans and specifications.
Ability to track project progress and maintain clear site records.
Experience coordinating construction schedules and site logistics.
Ability to identify and address day-to-day job site issues.
Permanent employment.
Salary of $108,000 to $132,000.
