Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from sitework through completion. Manage subcontractors, inspections, vendors, and daily project operations. Develop and maintain project schedules while driving milestone completion. Coordinate underground utilities, fuel systems, canopies, building construction, and site development activities. Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain project documentation. Ensure safety, quality, and schedule expectations are consistently achieved. Serve as the primary field representative on assigned projects.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor. Proven ground-up construction experience. Strong background in: Gas Stations, Fuel Stations, Convenience Stores (C-Stores), Truck Stops, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). Knowledge of underground utilities, sitework, concrete, and fuel system installation. Experience managing fast-track commercial projects. Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
