Job Description
- Manage on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion
- Lead the field execution of a 220-unit ground-up podium multifamily development
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets
- Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications
- Drive quality control and maintain high construction standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct daily site meetings and oversee project logistics
- Collaborate closely with project management and executive leadership teams
- Support future multifamily developments as additional projects enter the pipeline
- Report directly to the Project Executive

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience serving as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Experience managing podium-style multifamily developments preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage subcontractors and field teams
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- Stable employment history with reputable general contractors
- Ability to oversee multiple phases of construction while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, site logistics, and project coordination
- Local or regional experience within the Carolinas market is preferred
