Manage projects from kickoff through final turnover, ensuring schedule and budget adherence Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar software Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence while modeling company core values
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience in the construction industry Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Experience with Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling software Background in high-end retail, malls, shopping centers, big box, banking, office, restaurant, or entertainment projects Strong leadership, client management, and commercial construction expertise
