My client is an employee owned general contractor specializing in retail commercial work, hiring for a senior project manager in Owings Mills, MD.
Job Description
Complete assigned construction tasks according to project plans and daily priorities. Review work areas and prepare materials and equipment needed for assigned activities. Perform construction work accurately to support project progress and finished work quality. Read and follow project instructions, drawings, and site directions as provided. Coordinate day-to-day work with construction team members to keep activities moving. Maintain clean and orderly work areas throughout assigned tasks. Identify site issues that affect assigned work and raise them with the appropriate team member.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have: Experience with construction work and completing assigned site activities. Ability to follow project plans, drawings, and work instructions. Experience preparing materials and equipment for daily construction tasks. Ability to complete work carefully and maintain clean work areas. Experience working with others on construction projects. Ability to identify and communicate site issues that affect assigned work.
