Job Description

Lead daily on-site construction activities for mission critical projects. Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and field schedules to maintain project progress. Review construction drawings and plans to guide day-to-day site work. Monitor work quality and address field issues as they arise. Track site progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders. Maintain site safety practices and address hazards during construction activities. Coordinate inspections and required site access to support project milestones. Keep site records current, including daily activity and progress documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Mission Critical Construction should have: Experience overseeing on-site construction activities. Experience coordinating subcontractors and daily field schedules. Ability to read and apply construction drawings and project plans. Experience monitoring work quality and resolving field issues. Ability to maintain clear site documentation and progress updates. Experience coordinating construction inspections and site access.
