Job Description
Manage on-site activities to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project flow. Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist in resolving on-site issues and challenges promptly. Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders. Ensure proper documentation of project updates and reports. Support the implementation of project plans and schedules. Oversee site cleanliness and organization.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: Experience with construction projects in the business services industry. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
