Key Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Adjust and calibrate pad printing presses, align plates (clichés), and set proper pressure.
• Ink Preparation: Mix and test inks for correct color matching and viscosity.
• Operation: Load parts, run print cycles (often using foot pedals), and monitor daily production.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished items for smudges, misalignments, or defects.
• Maintenance: Clean silicone pads, ink cups, and clichés; perform routine mechanical troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: High school diploma or GED with 1 to 3 years in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and fix press issues.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to Detail: Strong visual acuity for precise alignment and defect detection
