Construction Supervisor — Site Prep & Earthwork

Supervise small crews performing site preparation, grading, excavation, earthwork, and related construction activities.

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily work activities and small work groups.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and Client.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and safety.
• Read and follow plans, grades, and site layouts.
• Communicate with project management and subcontractors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

Requirements:

• Construction/sitework experience.
• Experience supervising small crews.
• Knowledge of earthwork, grading, and site preparation.
• Ability to operate or work around heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
