Director, HR Technology & Systems

Porchlight Corporate, a Porchlight Home Services company, is hiring a Director, HR Technology & Systems to join our people ops team. This is a hands-on role where you'll deliver dependable, high-quality service to homeowners while representing one of the most trusted names in the home services industry.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Own strategy and execution for your function across the Porchlight family of brands
• Partner with brand and operations leaders to drive measurable business outcomes
• Build, scale, and optimize processes, systems, and team capabilities
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and inform decisions
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Significant experience in a related corporate or functional leadership role
• Strong analytical, strategic, and project management capabilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change at scale
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
