Motherbaby Registered Nurse
The MotherBaby Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care to patients in the MotherBaby unit. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans while adhering to hospital policies and procedures. The RN will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other staff to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a MotherBaby or similar unit preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
