Qualified Candidates:
Have a valid esthetician license in the state of Arizona
Have a passion for helping others feel confident in their skin
Are knowledgeable about skincare products, treatments, and skin conditions
Are excited to bring their unique style and expertise to the treatment room
Are eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare and treatment mastery
Day-to-Day:
Perform quality, results-driven skincare services that meet clients’ needs (facials, advanced treatments, etc.)
Customize each service based on client skin concerns and goals
Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend retail products
Communicate clearly with clients to set expectations and achieve desired results
Stay connected with clients throughout each service to ensure comfort and satisfaction
Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to support long-term skincare goals
