Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Performing information architecture activities such as cardsorting and tree testing
Creating and delivering site maps. - Creating and delivering interactive prototypes and wireframes for responsive or native mobile applications.
- Creating and using personas.
- Producing user interface design documentation as needed on projects.
- Designing protocols and conducting usability tests.
- The User Experience Architect will be expected.
- Work effectively under the guidance of a UX lead, or work independently, depending on the project.
- Operate comfortably in iterative and waterfall methodologies.
- Provide UX consultation and guidance to project sponsors and implementation teams.
- Understand usability heuristics and crafting of effective usability requirements.
- Evaluate and provide heuristic assessment of user interfaces.
- Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with all levels and roles in the organization.
- Effectively facilitate working sessions, design reviews and collaborative design meetings.
