As a Reporting Analyst this candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting that enables our leadership to make informed data-driven decisions. This position requires development of reports, charts, tables, graphs, and intermediate statistical analysis using tools such as Python, Tableau, SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. Specifically this candidate will be responsible for the following:
Automate standardized reporting
Generation and delivery of standard reports
Synthesize raw data into actionable insights to drive business decisions
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvements among existing reports
Completion of ad-hoc reporting, data, and analysis requests
Create and maintain process documentation
Meet regular delivery timelines
What specific Client departments will they interact with? Primarily interactions will be with the SOAR team, with some interactions with other Demand Management and Workforce Management teams. However, we support all service operations areas of the business, so there will be potential to interact with many areas.

Must Haves:
5+ years of experience in designing reports, charts, graphs in Microsoft Office applications
5+ years of recent SQL programming experience preferably in Windows
Ability to multitask on several projects at once
Ability to work independently with deadlines and deliver high quality results
Advanced experience in creating Access databases and Excel Reports using modules, forms, macros, formulas, VBA, and pivot tables
Strong understanding of financial services data desired
Proficiency with web and client based reporting tools i.e. Aginity or Hyperion
Data warehouse experience helpful
Python and Tableau experience helpful
