Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:
- Minimum of 9+ years of experience
- Telecom Testing Background (MUST)
- OSS / BSS Testing (MUST)
- Ability to understand the application, technology and domain and come up with test strategy at a short span
- Review and finalize on the test plan and strategy
- Ability to build team based on skillset and project opportunities
- Ability to assess and communicate the risks in the project and provide mitigation / contingency plan
- Ability to monitor overall test progress and do defect management
- Ability to provide inputs to the team on optimizing effort and cost as required by the project
- Ability to provide insights into automation and performance testing as required by the project
- Be SPOC for all the testing activities and provide dashboards and reports to all the stakeholders
