Job Duties: Lead QA, UAT, and Test Management for enterprise credit card and payment systems across VisionPLUS and TSYS, ensuring end-to-end quality delivery and governance. Serve as QA Lead, UAT Lead, and Test Manager managing onshore–offshore teams across multiple programs. Define and implement test strategies covering mainframe, automation, API, and performance testing. Ensure compliance with ISO 8583 and EMV standards for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Perform backend validation using SQL and Oracle. Execute mainframe testing on z/OS and distributed systems on Windows. Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java, implementing BDD with Cucumber, TestNG for test execution, Maven for build management, and Page Object Model (POM) design. Utilize Splunk and Databricks for analysis. Manage workflows in Jira and ServiceNow. Lead performance and API testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, SoapUI, Postman, and Insomnia, validate data on AWS S3, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive UAT sign-off and production readiness.
Other: Full Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent + 5 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
