Key Responsibilities:
- Care for patients recovering from open-heart surgery
- Manage post-cardiac catheterization and stent placement patients
- Provide care for patients following ablations and pacemaker/AICD placements
- Work in a comprehensive STEMI & Stroke facility
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 to 1:5, never exceeding 5 patients
- Minimum 1 year of acute-care Cardiac RN experience or similar experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active Missouri RN License required
- BLS required at hire and maintained
- ACLS required within 6 months
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Additional certifications in cardiac care
