- In depth knowledge of performance testing, tools and processes
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly-changing working environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of test concepts and methodologies
- Experience in understanding and practicing build management and continuous integration
- Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to explain complex technical issues
- Ability to quickly grasp high level business goals, derive requirements, and create effective testing strategies
- Ability to fluidly change context and priorities based on changing business needs
- You're self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Agile software development experience a plus.
