Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain technical knowledge of home appliances and electronic products.
- Develop, prepare, and review technical documents, including user guides, installation, and service manuals.
- Review service manuals to ensure troubleshooting steps are correct.
- Check user guides to confirm that operating instructions are clear.
- Review installation manuals to ensure setup instructions are accurate.
- Identify errors or missing information in technical documents.
- Coordinate with product support teams to resolve issues.
- Update and upload revised documents into the internal system.
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field preferred.
- Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with home appliance products.
- Basic knowledge for analysis.
- Ability to work independently and translate complex functional and technical requirements.
