Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:
- Dive into large data sets, uncover insights, and provide impactful recommendations to a diverse set of stakeholders
- Connect the dots across through myriad data streams(Call Center, Network, Dispatch and Mobility) in the performance of end to end data analyst.
- 5 or more years of experience in process, systems and data analysis in the Telecom network and field operations domains.
- Experience in the application of statistical analysis to data .
- Verifiable ability to deliver data driven process and system improvements
- Understanding of the Telecom wireline end to end architecture (BSS and OSS).
- Attention to detail, quality of work, ability to produce clear, concise work products
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- 3 years of Experience with the use of Data tools and software(SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, R)
- Degree in Operations Research / Operations Management/MBA.
