Pay Range: Weekly Gross: $1,023.45
Key Responsibilities:
- Decontaminate, clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments
- Operate sterilization equipment following hospital protocols
- Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and sterility
- Prepare instrument trays and surgical sets for procedures
- Maintain accurate sterilization records and documentation
- Follow infection prevention and quality assurance standards
- Collaborate with Operating Room staff to ensure instrument availability
- Assist with inventory management and instrument tracking
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Sterile Processing/Instrument Technician experience
- HSPA Certification
- Strong knowledge of surgical instrument reprocessing and sterilization
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- No local candidates within 50 miles
- Schedule M-F 11p-730a
