Key Responsibilities:
- Support a Microsoft-based network, including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Provide basic desktop and networking support, including troubleshooting BSOD, IPConfig Command, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy
- Install and maintain PC hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, and tablets
- Execute deployment plans and manage asset inventory, including updating the asset management system
- Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements and assist other technicians as needed
- Conduct client interviews to gather information for pre-deployment asset discovery
- Perform data transfer and recovery, and resolve basic network communication problems independently
- Prepare computers for deployment and manage incoming and outgoing assets
- Experience with client interaction
- Knowledge of e-mail administration and asset disposition
- Entry-level experience with PC support, including installation and deployment
- Entry-level experience with PC hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes in processes
- Attention to detail and a commitment to learning technical concepts promptly
- Professional appearance and behavior, including punctuality
- Basic understanding of profile management and data transfer
