Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business/Technical Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, use case development & solution implementation.
- Technical experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation, and Agile techniques.
- Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and cross-functional teams
Strong Project Management skills & experience in managing resources; onshore and offshore. - Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collect and analyse information, problem-solving & providing insights & recommendation.
- Knowledge of prevalent analytical / BI tools like Oracle BI, Tableau & reporting techniques.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving and changing.
- Prior Telecommunication's project experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with Telecommunication's Rapid Delivery Platform is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience working with ProQuest is preferred
