Pay Range: $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Track, analyze, and report denial-related data, manage templates, and monitor compliance deadlines, policy updates, and payer changes.
Utilize TruCare, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, Word, and OneDrive to independently meet productivity goals in a remote, non-phone environment.
Attend training sessions from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST for 8 weeks with no time off.
Maintain a reliable home internet connection (hard-wired) and a dedicated workspace due to HIPAA requirements.
Ensure attendance and reliability are maintained, especially during the first 90 days.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

1+ year of healthcare denial management experience, including appeals processing and denial resolution.
Knowledge of medical records, medical terminology, and healthcare denial processes.
Experience using healthcare systems, including claims, correspondence, appeals tracking platforms, and TruCare.
Typing Test Required: 65 WPM – 98% accuracy.
Computer Literacy Test Required: 100% accuracy.
High School Diploma required. Must have an on-hand copy of HSD/Transcript.
