Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Master’s degree with 7+ years of professional experience working in building Data Warehouse Applications.
- 7+ years of development experience with a minimum of 5 years in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
- 7+ years of strong experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and deployment of ETL jobs.
- 7+ years of strong experience using TERADATA.
- 5+ years of experience with UNIX shell scripting (Ksh/Csh).
- 5+ years of Informatics Power Center 9.x/8.x/7.x/6.x experience.
- 7+ Experience in complete life cycle implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- 5+ Microsoft SQL server, Analysis Services (Cubes), Integration Services & reporting services experience.
- Good understanding of Ralph Kimball Data Warehouse methodologies and knowledge on the various data design models like Star schema and Snowflake models.
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of development process.
- Experience in Teradata development and performance tuning related to large data volume
Desired/Nice to have Skill set (in addition to the Required Sill Set mentioned above). - Working experience in Telecom Data Warehouse.
- Working experience with scheduling tools like Approx., Tidal Enterprise Scheduler.
- Working experience with Tableau.
