Key Responsibilities/ Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in manual testing - strategy, design, execution analysis and reporting of Set Top Box.
- Experience in preparing Test Cases, Test Reports,Test plans, Test closure reports.
- Knowledge of DOSCIS systems and back end services for a Set Top Box.
- Knowledge of Video delivery.
- Knowledge of the features like VOD,DVR or Pay per View.
- Experience in Log analysis/Splunk/ELK is a plus.
- Basic understanding about micro services and REST APIs is a plus.
- Experience in ticketing systems (like Jira) and triaging tickets/ issues.
- Experience in feature/performance issues and resolution with development teams.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Strong co-ordination communication and analytical skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment with offshore coordination
