Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with IT
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Test Strategy, Test Automation, Test Design, Test Execution analysis & Reporting
- Strong knowledge in Core Java, Selenium, API Testing, Agile, DevOps, SQL
- Strong hands-on experience in building automation framework and in developing automation scripts for Web UI, Web Services and APIs
- At least 3 years of experience in any one Agile methodology
- Strong Analytical skills, Articulation skills and Client Interfacing skills
- Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.
- Experience and desire to work in distributed teams having diverse / multiple stakeholder and Global delivery environment.
- Co-ordination and reporting skills.
